The intention of the course is to enable students to understand and design prompts which is not only trained for the AI to recognize them, but also to enable the end users to use these prompts with minimal learning curve. The overall flow of the course will begin with first understanding the basics of keywords and phrases that we use while finding what we require in google. We will understand how search engines work using proper keywords and phrases to find the right results and requirements of the user. Once the students are adept to understanding how to use the appropriate keywords and phrases, the next step will begin with understanding AI, how AI functions, a brief understanding about conversational interface and how are conversations, keywords and phrases recognized by AI. These further then are connected to understand what keywords are and prompts for AI and how do we design them not only keep the AI in mind but also keeping the human side of it in mind as the application will mainly be used by humans with minimal learning curve. The course will mainly be project focused with a major project at the end focusing on developing a chat interface like ChatGPT which can converse like a human with any of the target audience.
